Position = centre of the opening along the edge, height above board = centre of the opening above the board top.

How your enclosure is made

Choose a board: Raspberry Pi 5, 4, 3, Zero and Pico, Arduino Uno and Mega, ESP32, ESP8266, Teensy, XIAO and more. If your board is missing, choose “Custom board” and enter length, width and hole spacing.

Adjust: case size, wall thickness, clearance around the board, standoff height, space above the board, ventilation (lid slots, side slots or a 25–120 mm fan with grille) and cut-outs for USB, HDMI, Ethernet or the SD card. In the 3D preview you can show or hide base, lid, board and fan individually and pull the case apart. The top view shows where the openings are.

Print: the base is printed with standoffs at the mounting holes (pins to push the board on, or screw posts). The lid with its lip is printed outside-face down and snaps into the base. Before the big print, try the “fit test”, a low base for trying the board.

Everything runs in your browser. The solids are closed (watertight) and open directly in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer or Cura. Dimensions and connector positions: for boards without a manufacturer drawing they are approximations, so always check them with calipers.

Frequently asked questions

Will the case fit my board?

Board outline and hole positions of the major boards come from manufacturer drawings. Revisions and clones can differ. Print the fit test first and adjust the clearance if needed.

My board is missing – what can I do?

Choose “Custom board”, enter length, width, board thickness and the holes, and add the connector cut-outs yourself. Tell me through the form which board is missing and I will add it to the list.

Which filament should I use?

PETG or ASA for cases with heat (Raspberry Pi 4/5), PLA is fine for cool boards. Plan enough ventilation if the board runs hot.

Is my input uploaded?

No. The calculation runs in your browser and no data is sent to a server.
