Planetary Gearbox Generator
Design the sun gear, planet gears, ring gear and carrier with sliders — export directly as 3MF. Tooth counts and planet count are checked automatically for mechanical validity (assembly condition, collision-free).

Housing
7 parts are generated (shown in different colors, pulled apart in the preview for clarity): Front cover, Sun gear, 3–6× planet gear, Ring gear, Carrier (with planet pins), Back cover. Sun gear = input, ring gear = screwed fixed into the housing, carrier = output. All gears share the same module and pressure angle (otherwise they will not mesh properly). Tooth counts and planet count are adjusted automatically so that the assembly condition and collision-free spacing between the planets are met — the values actually used are shown in the ratio info above.
All 7 parts as separate, individually placeable objects in one 3MF file — each planet gear and the carrier (fused with all pins) can be arranged on its own.
All shapes are built purely additively from basic solids (no Boolean CAD kernel) — this is unproblematic for 3D printing; every common slicer turns the exported 3MF file into a clean, printable model. The involute gearing uses the same verified calculation as in the 3D Object Generator (gear base shape).
